FAQ:

When will my order ship?

- Processing time for all orders (unless otherwise indicated in the listing description of certain items) is 5-10 business days.  Please note this excludes weekends and holidays.  Processing time may also be extended by 1-2 days maximum for orders placed during site-wide sales.

 

Why is my order still in pre-shipment?  It says USPS is awaiting item, have you not dropped it off yet?

- Rest assured we NEVER hold orders after we purchase labels for them.  Orders are filled and packaged first, and then we weight, seal, and drop them off the same day or next business day.  Because our orders are dropped off in batches, our local USPS branch may sometimes take them in and not scan each individual package.  Typically when this happens, updates will not show until your package is in your home city.  A good tip we always give us to sign up for text notifications on the USPS tracking page.

 

My tracking hasn't updated in several days, can you give me an update?

- Unfortunately we know the same information you see on your tracking info.  We advise our customers to sign up for text notifications (get your partner or family member to sign up to, the more the merrier) as this helps get your package scanning so you can see where it is.  If your order does not arrive within 14 business days (3 weeks), it is considered lost, and in that case, please email us.

 

Can you customize xx item?  Do you make customs?

- Unfortunately, we are not making customs at this time, however, we are always accepting requests and if your custom request is broad enough, can add it to the shop in the future.
