Your privacy is important to us.  Style Planner will not use your personal information for anything other than what it is intended for.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, cancellations can only be made within the first 24 hours after purchase.  Custom orders and digital items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.  

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.  Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, and all items must be unused.  Customers are responsible for return shipping.  Custom orders cannot be returned.

Shipping

Processing time for most items is 5-10 business days (not including the time it takes for USPS to deliver your package.  On occasion, most commonly during the holiday season, packages can be delayed and/or show no updates in the tracking information.  Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your order after we send it to USPS, and only have access to the same tracking information that is given to our customers.  For any questions or concerns related to shipping information and delays, it is best to contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.

Personal/Commercial Usage

All items in our store are strictly for personal use only.  No commercial use allowed.  Digital items are not to be sold, shared, or distributed.  Please do not alter any of our digital files--with the exception of resizing images or adding your name if the digital is customizable.
